Special Orders

We take pride in having contacts all over the world that are able to produce unique and singular products at quite reasonable rates that you are not able to acquire anywhere else. To procure these items we require a good quality original of which you want to have duplicated. As you can imagine, this process can take some time and effort to get you the best product for the price, therefore each of these orders will be evaluated on a product by product basis.

During the process, you will have the opportunity to approve the duplicate and price and quantity, however at the time of order placement, we require 75% deposit with the remainder due on receipt. Should you decide to cancel the order before receipt, your deposit is forfeit. There are no returns on a special order, however if you feel that the purchase is not what you have approved, we will work with you to ensure that it is rectified.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are based on quotes from our shipping partners. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible, but due to the unique nature of some of the product as well as unusual sizes additional freight charges may apply to heavy or oversize items. Likewise, we are sometimes able to package product in a more logical fashion the courier software computer program can handle. In these cases we will notify you and bill only what is paid.

However, some orders will require a separate shipping quote depending on the item and weight of the order. Shipping within Canada is calculated in Canadian Funds. Areas that are not serviced by regular ground mail will receive an e-mail quotation with shipping options and rates.

Delivery Times

Due to the unique nature of this business and the product that we deal with, most of it special order, if the product is on hand, it will ship withing 1-3 business days. If the product is either a special order or out of stock, we will notify in of anticipated stock date.

Expedited Shipping Services

We do offer expedited service. Shipping times may vary slightly, depending on the destination. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please state this in the Additional Order Notes box on the billing information screen during checkout. We will get back to you with shipping quotes and times. To help speed up this process, please ensure we have your correct e-mail and/or telephone information on your order.

Tracking Your Order

When available, a tracking number, along with a direct link to track your shipment, will be sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

You can also track your shipments on our website under Order Status.

Please note: Tracking numbers are not available for international shipments.

Shipping to the U.S.

Add the items to your shopping cart and proceed with Ship to a different address". Orders shipped to the U.S. are billed in U.S. funds. U.S. pricing, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Internationally

International orders are billed in U.S. funds. Please fit the entire address, including postal code, in the two address lines provided on the "Shipping Information" screen. Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. We will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available.

Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase in original packaging within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product by ground mail.

You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (including our regular shipping charges); we will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate. Returns can also be processed at our retail store location in Penetanguishene.

Returning an Item

If you would like to return the item(s) by mail, please fill out the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with your return. Returns can be sent to:
